SEO Case Studies from Pakistan — Reported the Honest Way
SEO case studies in Pakistan usually ask you to trust a screenshot. Ours ask you to check. This page collects the projects we can stand behind in public — starting with our own, because an agency should be willing to publish its own work before it asks to touch yours. Every project below describes the challenge, exactly what we did, and the metrics we track, measured with tools you can open yourself: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and the Google Business Profile dashboard. Where an engagement is still in progress, we say so. Where a number cannot be verified by an outsider, we do not print it.
How We Report Results — and What We Refuse to Fake — SEO Case Studies in Pakistan
Most agency case studies are marketing fiction with charts. Ours follow four rules:
- Verifiable or not published. Every figure on this page comes from a first-party source — Search Console, GA4, or a Google Business Profile — and we will walk any serious prospect through the live dashboard on a call. If we cannot show it, we do not claim it.
- No rented screenshots. We never use stock graphs, another agency’s results, or “representative” numbers dressed up as one client’s outcome.
- No invented clients. We do not publish client names, logos or testimonials we do not have written permission to use. Until a client engagement is complete and the client agrees to be named, their study does not appear here — which is why this page starts with our own projects.
- Movement, not miracles. SEO produces measurable movement over months, not overnight miracles. We report the metric, the starting point where we have one, and the timeframe — and we report flat periods too, because that is what real data looks like.
This costs us some glamour. Competitors publish pages full of “+300% traffic” claims with unnamed clients and no way to check a single figure. We would rather publish less and have all of it be true.
The Metrics We Track — and How Each Is Measured
Rankings alone are not results. These are the five metrics we report on every engagement, and the tool that measures each one.
Map-Pack Grid Rankings
What it is: Where your business appears in the Google Maps local pack when someone searches from different points around your service area — not just from your own street. How we measure it: A grid scan (typically 5×5 or 7×7 points) run monthly for each tracked keyword, so you can see your visibility grow suburb by suburb instead of relying on a single flattering check from the office.
Phone Calls
What it is: Calls placed directly from your Google Business Profile and website. How we measure it: GBP Performance data for profile calls, plus click-to-call tracking on the website. Calls are the closest thing local SEO has to money, so they get their own line in every report.
Direction Requests
What it is: How often people ask Google for directions to your business — a strong signal of real visit intent. How we measure it: Google Business Profile Performance dashboard, compared month over month and against the pre-engagement baseline.
Organic Sessions
What it is: Visits to your website from unpaid Google search. How we measure it: Google Analytics 4 (organic search channel) cross-checked against Google Search Console clicks. If the two disagree, we investigate instead of picking the prettier number.
Keyword Movement
What it is: Position changes for the agreed target keywords — the searches that lead to enquiries, not vanity terms. How we measure it: Search Console average position per query, supported by a rank tracker for weekly checks. We report the trend for the whole keyword set, never a single cherry-picked winner.
Case Study 1: Our Own Website — From One Page to an 11-Page, Schema-Rich Site
Project: asimmalik.me — the website you are reading now. Type: Website rebuild + technical SEO + structured data.
The Challenge
Until October 2026, our own agency website was a single published page. It said who we were and very little else: no service pages for Google to rank, no structured data beyond the basics, and no content that could answer a searcher’s question. We were, frankly, the cobbler with no shoes — advising clients to build deep, well-structured sites from a one-page brochure. Before selling that standard to anyone else, we had to meet it ourselves.
What We Did
- Rebuilt the site into 11 published pages: a homepage, eight service pages (Services overview, Local SEO, SEO, E-commerce SEO, Web Development, AI Search Optimization, eBay Store Management, GMB Creation & Optimization), About and Contact.
- Hand-wrote manual schema (structured data) for every page — page-level schema plus a separate FAQ schema on the pages that carry FAQs — instead of accepting plugin defaults, and checked for duplicate or conflicting markup.
- Set a featured image and a keyword-focused title and meta description on every page, targeting the searches each service should actually win.
- Rebuilt the header so every page carries the same navigation and footer, with a transparent menu over each page’s own hero image — one design system across the whole site.
- Kept the visible copy honest throughout: no invented statistics, no stock “results” counters, no testimonials we could not source.
What We Track
Because this project is ours, we can say exactly what we watch: Search Console impressions and clicks per page as the new pages get indexed, the keyword positions each service page earns, GBP-to-website visits, and enquiries through the contact page and WhatsApp. We are not publishing traffic percentages for a rebuild this recent — anyone who quotes you growth figures for a site that has just launched is guessing, and we do not guess in print. What we can show you today is the work itself: open any page on this site, view its source, and read the schema. That transparency is the case study.
Case Study 2: Our Own Google Business Profile — The Full Optimization System
Project: SEO Agency ISB — Google Business Profile (search “SEO Agency ISB” on Google Maps). Type: Google Business Profile creation and optimization.
The Challenge
A Google Business Profile is the first thing most local customers see — before your website, before your ads. Ours had to prove the system we sell: complete, accurate, active, and review-ready. A half-finished profile from an agency that sells profile optimization would say everything about our standards, so the profile got the full treatment we give clients.
What We Did
- Completed every core field: primary category set to Marketing agency with supporting categories, full address in PWD Housing Society, Sector B, Islamabad, phone (+92 304 7664566), website, and accurate opening hours.
- Wrote out the complete services list, each with its own description, so the profile matches the services on our website page for page.
- Published Google Posts to keep the profile active, and seeded the Q&A section with the questions clients actually ask us — what SEO costs, how long it takes, whether we require contracts — answered plainly.
- Set up a review routine: every client is asked once, politely, with a direct link; every review is answered by a human, in person, with no templates pasted blindly and no incentives offered. Incentivized and purchased reviews violate Google’s policy and, sooner or later, get profiles suspended — we will not risk a client’s profile or our own.
- Cross-checked the profile against our website so name, address, phone and hours agree everywhere (NAP consistency), which is what search engines use to trust a listing.
What We Track
The verifiable outcome is public: our profile holds a 5.0-star rating from 6 Google reviews — a small number, because we are a young agency and every one of those reviews came from a real client who was free to write what they liked. Beyond the rating, we track the same numbers we track for clients: profile views, calls, direction requests and search terms from the GBP Performance dashboard, month over month. Anyone can open Google Maps right now and confirm the rating. That is what a case study should be: a claim you do not have to take our word for.
Client Case Studies — Coming as Engagements Complete
This section is deliberately empty of names today. Our first client engagements under the SEO Agency ISB banner are in progress, and a case study is only published when two conditions are met: the engagement has run long enough to produce real data, and the client has agreed in writing to be featured. When those studies land, they will follow the same format as the two above — challenge, work, tracked metrics, honest timeframes.
If you would like your business to be one of them, the first step is a free visibility audit of your website and Google Business Profile. No obligation, no sales script — just a clear list of what is holding you back.
